These Full Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all wedding hair and makeup services provided by Jessica Saint Beauty (“Artist”) and are incorporated by reference into all booking agreements, proposals, and invoices.

By signing a Wedding Services Agreement, submitting a booking form, or paying a retainer, the Client agrees to the following terms.

1. Services & Scope

Jessica Saint Beauty provides professional wedding hair and makeup services structured as wedding-day packages, rather than individual, à la carte services.

The specific services included are outlined in the selected wedding package and final proposal. Any services not explicitly included are considered additional and may incur additional fees.

Final scope, artist count, and timing are confirmed based on wedding party size, services requested, and the finalized wedding-day timeline.

2. Artist Assignment

Services may be provided by Jessica Saint personally or by a trained team artist selected and overseen by Jessica Saint Beauty, depending on availability and the selected wedding package.

All team artists work under the same professional and inclusive standards reflected in Jessica Saint Beauty’s portfolio and reviews.

3. Retainer & Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the wedding date. Dates are not held without both a signed agreement and paid retainer.

The remaining balance is at least 24 hours prior to the wedding date, as outlined in the final invoice. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

All payments are non-refundable once rendered.

4. Pricing & Adjustments

Pricing is based on the selected wedding package, wedding party size, location, timeline, and services requested.

Changes to party size, services, or timeline after booking may require pricing adjustments, additional artists, assistants, or extended coverage. Any changes will be communicated and approved prior to the wedding date.

To allow for proper staffing and planning, services cannot be removed after booking. Services may be reassigned to another individual or adjusted to a comparable service as needed.

5. Trials

Trials are included only when explicitly outlined in the selected wedding package.

Trials are conducted on a separate date from the wedding and are intended to collaborate on the desired look. Final results on the wedding day may vary slightly due to skin, hair condition, lighting, environment, or weather.

6. Assistants & Additional Artists

Based on wedding party size, services requested, or timeline constraints, an assistant or additional artist may be required to ensure a calm, realistic, and well-paced getting-ready experience.

Any assistant or additional artist fees will be outlined clearly in advance and added to the final invoice.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide:

• Accurate event details and timeline.

• A suitable workspace for each artist, including a table or flat surface, access to power, regular chairs without high backs for hairstyling, and adequate room lighting. We provide our own makeup lighting, which supplements but does not replace the need for general room lighting. We also bring a tall makeup chair when available; however, not all artists have one, so a tall chair or stool may be needed on site.

• Clean, dry hair and clean, moisturized skin for all individuals receiving services

Significant delays caused by late arrivals, incomplete preparation, or changes to the agreed timeline may result in adjusted services, additional fees, or delays to the wedding-day schedule.

8. Hair Extensions

Jessica Saint Beauty works exclusively with client-provided clip-in hair extensions, when approved in advance.

Extensions must arrive clean, detangled, and ready for use. Sew-in, tape-in, bonded, or permanent extensions are not installed.

9. Travel & Destination Weddings

Travel outside the local service area and destination weddings require additional considerations.

Clients are responsible for airfare, lodging, and ground transportation for destination bookings. Additional travel days or extended timelines may incur travel day fees, which will be outlined in the proposal.

Destination weddings are accepted on a limited basis and require realistic timelines and thoughtfully planned getting-ready schedules.

10. Early Start Times & Extended Coverage

Early start times (typically before 7:00 AM) and extended on-site coverage may incur additional fees, which will be outlined in the proposal or final invoice.

11. Illness, Emergency, or Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control—including severe weather, natural disasters, travel disruptions, or government or venue-related restrictions—Jessica Saint Beauty reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute artist or reschedule services when possible.

If services cannot be provided, liability is limited to a refund of payments made for services not rendered.

12. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All retainers are non-refundable.

If the Client cancels services more than 90 days prior to the wedding date, all payments made are forfeited.

If the Client cancels services within 90 days of the wedding date, the full remaining balance becomes due, as the date has been reserved and staffing committed.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new retainer.

If Jessica Saint Beauty is unable to fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

13. Photography & Marketing

Jessica Saint Beauty may use photographs or video from the wedding for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the Client submits a written request opting out prior to the wedding date.

14. Liability

Jessica Saint Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse responses to products used. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities prior to services.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

15. Agreement Modifications

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties. No verbal agreements or modifications are valid unless confirmed in writing.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are rendered.

17. Acceptance

By signing the Wedding Services Agreement, submitting a booking form, or paying a retainer, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Full Terms & Conditions.
